The boots look exactly like the picture and are true to size. The quality is cheap but what do you expect for this great price? I've worn them three times and am pleased with them. One of them did come with some minor material damage on the inside of the boot. They also came with extra heel tips, which is much appreciated. I do recommend these and plan on ordering from this site again.
