WAY TOO SMALL! Customer service is horrible.
I ordered this shoe in my size 8-1/2. Way too small. Infact, all four pair I ordered were too small. This is the only pair I wanted to keep because they fit my niece who normally wears a 7. However, I had to keep two other pair as they were on clearance and non-refundable. They fit no one. In short, I got screwed. Also, don't expect anyone to answer their phone or return your calls. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
