Job Title: Marketing and Product Analyst

 

Dese Enterprise is an online clothing retailer that merges the latest trends in fashion with affordable prices based out of one of the nation’s fashion capitals in Los Angeles, California. We offer a wide range of the latest fashion styles to online consumers on our website (Amiclubwear.com), including tops, bottoms, rompers, costumes, swimsuits, and dresses for every occasion. In addition, we offer affordable accessories and beauty products, including jewelry, perfume, handbags, hats, wigs, scarves, belts, sunglasses, eyelashes, costume accessories, and Hello Kitty products. We offer the latest trends in women’s fashion in a variety of sizes (0-plus size). Our extensive, solid relationships with manufacturers in the U.S. and abroad, enable us to provide quality products at the most affordable prices.  

 Each day, we add new products to our website. Our innovative marketing department constantly searches for the new products that will attract and satisfy our broad and demanding customer base. To continue to meet our customers’ demands, we seek to hire a Marketing and Product Analyst. The Marketing and Product Analyst will monitor market trends in the fashion industry and analyze competitors’ product offerings using marketing methods. The Marketing and Product Analyst will report directly to our Operations Manager and will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our marketing strategies and product offerings to suggest how to effectively allocate our resources to specific marketing campaigns and product offerings.

 

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends based on industry sources and internal data;
  • Analyze our products’ line planning, sourcing, and lifecycles to determine which products we should continue offering on our website;
  • Evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (e.g. surveys, questionnaires) about customer satisfaction with our service and product offerings;
  • Calculate customer lifetime value and customer retention rates to recommend to management how to effectively allocate resources to specific marketing efforts and product offerings;
  • Research and analyze the effect of potential promotional campaigns to improve customer loyalty and the company’s brand equity;
  • Conduct keyword analysis to identify what queries customers enter into their online searches and suggest how to customize our content to drive more traffic to our website;
  • Prepare reports for the Operation Manager from data collected on online and event surveys and questionnaires to assess customer preferences for existing and new products;
  • Analyze data on competitors’ prices, sales, and digital marketing strategies in the online retail fashion industry.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, MBA with a concentration in marketing, or a closely related major;
  • 6 months of work experience in marketing;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and ERP software.
